Whether you are a new board member or executive director or have been serving for years, we hope you will be a part of this discussion. Share best practices and connect with your peers.

Topic: Finance Booster Hour. As a leader – even if you don’t consider yourself a numbers person – this is your chance to gain guidance and clarity on your organizational finances.

We’ll discuss what you need to know, how to ask the right questions, and leading together as executive directors and board members for greatest impact.

Expert Guest Presenter: Leading this discussion is Betsy Wallace, chief financial officer and managing director for the Sundance Institute, with Maddy Shear facilitating. Betsy oversees all financial, legal, and business development aspects for Sundance, and has over 35 years of financial and leadership experience in the US and internationally.

The main session runs from 8:30-9:30, and participants are welcome to stay another half hour for social time afterwards. Roundtables are free to attend.
