DESCRIPTION:Topic: Equity for Leaders; how to use an equity lens while leading your organization \nLearn from nonprofit leaders who are on the equity journey and embedding principles of inclusiveness and belonging throughout their organization and consider how to manage different expectations between staff and board. Attendees will gain insight and confidence in embarking upon and furthering equity work within their organizations and tools to get started. Guest speakers include Mairi Leining\, Kara Cody\, and Emily Fisher. \nJoin us for this Nonprofit Roundtable event just for those in Executive Director positions. Situated between board and staff\, they have a unique role. This type of roundtable recognizes this by providing a unique space for learning EDs.
