 n\n\nSuzy Berg Lyon began her career as a mechanical engineer at Procter
  &amp\; Gamble and ultimately became the Chief HR Officer for P&amp\;G's
  $30 billion Fabric &amp\; Home Care division. Her 35-year career took h
 er around the world\, including 14 years living and working outside the 
 US\, where she coached and developed senior leaders and organizations. T
 oday\, in her next chapter\, she focuses on executive coaching and nonpr
 ofit leadership\, applying what she learned in business to causes she ca
 res deeply about — women &amp\; girls and immigrants &amp\; refugees. 
 Her own journey into volunteering has reinforced how powerful it can be 
 when people bring their talents to mission-driven work.
