Rachel Pittard

Grants & Impact Manager

Rachel joined the Park City Community Foundation team in September 2020 as the Grants and Impact Manager. Previously, she worked with the Park City’s School District’s project-based learning program, the Center for Advanced Professional Studies (PC CAPS). Prior to that, she spent 10 years in the commercial real estate industry on the East coast. It was during an opportunity to serve The All Stars Project that she came to realize her calling as a mentor to young people. The corporate world had been a terrific training ground for heavy project lifting, consensus building, communication, and teamwork. Rachel moved to Utah in 2019, to join up with and walk alongside her partner. The cross country journey marked a career shift toward paying her corporate navigation skills forward to lift up others. She believes that each of us is but for the grace and support of others, and finds joy in leaving things, spaces, and people better than she finds them. She and her partner live in Park City with their 2 dogs; they enjoy inventing untraditional traditions together, searching for the best burritos, and challenging harmful norms. Rachel holds a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers, Camden. She is also a Certified Scrum Master.
