Maddy Shear has lived in Park City for 15 years, and has been leading the Park City Community Foundation Nonprofit Roundtables since they started seven years ago.
After participating in Leadership Park City Class XIV, and through her experience with the roundtables, Maddy was pulled deeper into what she loves best — helping nonprofits do amazing work in the community. Maddy is a nonprofit consultant/partner focusing on strategic thinking/planning/acting and board development.
She feels privileged to work with amazing nonprofits including National Ability Center, Summit Land Conservancy, EATS Park City, Youth Sports Alliance, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, PC READS, and many more.
Maddy says, “Having spent twelve years working for Hasbro, the largest toy company in the world, the last four of those as vice president of marketing, I was bitten by the nonprofit bug and am here to stay!”
