Do You Take Care of Young Kids in Summit County? Get CPR and First Aid Certified for Free

Park City Community Foundation’s Early Childhood Alliance, Summit County Health Department, Peace House, and WIC are working together to offer free CPR/First Aid classes and certifications for community members taking care of young children in Summit County. Classes are available in both English and Spanish.

To complete the certification, participants must complete a 3-hour online American Heart Association Pediatric First Aid/CPR module (which does not have to be completed all at once), in English or Spanish, and then attend a 2-hour in-person skills-based testing class at Peace House (with Spanish translation) on either February 24, 2025,  or April 21, 2025. Classes are from 6 to 8 pm.

Food will be provided, and children are welcome to attend. More in-person dates will be offered in the future, so if the first two skills-based dates listed above don’t work for you, please send a message and we can find a time that will work. Spots are limited so please reach out as soon as possible.
