Reimagining Nonprofit and Philanthropy: Unlocking Our Full Potential to Create a Just and Inclusive World with Vu Le from Nonprofit AF

This workshop is now sold out. Please email minda@parkcity.org to be added to the waitlist.

Once a year, Park City Community Foundation hosts a workshop for you to learn along with your local nonprofit colleagues about some of the hottest topics in the sector. Join us for a morning of learning, sharing, and reflection led by Vu Le from Nonprofit AF.

During these challenging few years, nonprofits continue to play a vital role. With the pandemic and society’s beginning to reckon with systemic racism, we have an opportunity to reimagine our work. What philosophies must we unlearn? What “best practices” no longer work for us? How do we fundraise, engage with boards, partner with foundations, hire, evaluate, think about leadership, and collaborate with one another differently? How do we move beyond conversations and into action? How do we own our full power? And how do we do all this while grounded in equity, diversity, and inclusion?

Seating is limited. A maximum of three per organization may attend, one of which we highly recommend is a board member as they are important partners in this work. Please note, this event is being held for nonprofits operating in Summit County.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 25, 8:00 am – 11:00 am – Please arrive at 8:00 am for breakfast. The workshop will begin at 9:00 am.
