About the Moderator
Suzy Berg Lyon began her career as a mechanical engineer at Procter & Gamble and ultimately became the Chief HR Officer for P&G’s $30 billion Fabric & Home Care division. Her 35-year career took her around the world, including 14 years living and working outside the US, where she coached and developed senior leaders & organizations. Today, in her next chapter, she focuses on executive coaching and nonprofit leadership, applying what she learned in business to causes she cares deeply about – women & girls and immigrants & refugees. Her own journey into volunteering has reinforced how powerful it can be when people bring their talents to mission-driven work.
