Topic: How can we work collectively to ensure fair and competitive compensation wages/benefits are the norm at our nonprofit organizations? What best practices can help us get there? As Cheryl Fox said, “Maybe it’s a whole year’s worth of finding ways to join in solidarity for organizational strength.”
Please join Maddy Shear and Diego Zegarra from Park City Community Foundation as we as a community of leaders begin to dive into this topic together.
You and your staff surfaced this hot topic at an ED and Open Roundtable. And a small group of you volunteered to meet and continue this dialogue… including Cheryl Fox, Summit Land Conservancy, Carolyn Wawra, Recycle Utah, Emily Fisher, YSA and Renai Bodley, KPCW. After several meetings there has been great out loud thinking and sharing. We invite you to join this conversation and share your out loud thinking at the Roundtable. Let’s make this happen.
