Culture in Action | Leading Teams with Purpose

Tuesday, March 10, 2026 | 9:00 – 10:30am @ Blair Education Center, Park City Hospital

Our March roundtable will dive into what truly makes organizations thrive: a strong, intentional culture. Together we will explore how values, behaviors, and leadership practices can elevate mission impact and strengthen team well-being. This interactive session will give nonprofit leaders practical, actionable tools to build courageous, connected, and healthy workplaces where trust, alignment, and staff engagement flourish.

The program will feature a moderated panel conversation with Park City Councilmember Tana Toly, Liz Owens, Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Utah, and Lyndsay Huntsman, Superintendent of Park City School District. The discussion will be moderated by Suzy Lyon, a Park City Community Foundation board member and former Chief Human Resources Officer at Procter and Gamble.
