Women’s Giving Fund members are doing so much to stay healthy, strong, and active as they age. Join us as we explore resources on aging well with a special focus on menopause. In partnership with Park City Film, we will screen The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, and participate in small group, facilitated discussions on various topics around women’s health and aging after the film.
Whether you are 30, 80, or currently experiencing peri-menopause or menopause symptoms, this engaging evening is for you. Come take part in our amazing community, share your knowledge, and learn from other members about hormone replacement therapy, brain health, strength training, and so much more.
The film is one hour and will be followed by facilitated discussions about women’s health and aging in the Community Room. Tea and sweets will be served. FREE and open to the public.
