Park City Community Foundation Hosts 15th Annual Live PC Give PC, a Day of Giving to Summit County Nonprofits, Friday, Nov. 7

Utah’s biggest and first giving day is coming up in two days. Here are all the details.

WHO:

Live PC Give PC is hosted by Park City Community Foundation, with 147 Utah nonprofits participating. Residents, second homeowners, and those who work and play in the community are encouraged to contribute to their favorite nonprofits with a minimum donation of five dollars.

WHAT:

Live PC Give PC is the annual giving day when thousands of people who are dedicated to supporting Park City and Summit County nonprofits come together in celebration. Many of the participating nonprofits serve all of Utah. This year’s goal is to raise $5.15 million from 7,150 unique donors in 24 hours. More than $35 million has been raised in the past 14 years. Many nonprofits also receive matching grants which double the donations made. Those who gave in 2024 will have this year’s contributions boosted by $10. Nonprofits compete for $47,000 in prize money, which Park City Community Foundation and sponsors award to organizations with the most unique donors.

Celebrations for all supporters and members of the community will be held on November 7. From 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., all ages are invited to the Giving Day Fest at Park City Library to enjoy music, free tacos, hot chocolate, face painting, and games. The party continues at High West Saloon with live DJ from 8:00 p.m. to midnight for donors, nonprofits, volunteers, and other local enthusiasts who are 21 and over. Other parties are also happening at O’Shucks White House and The Cabin.
