Attention Nonprofit Board Members – this one’s for YOU!
Maddy Shear has been leading the well-loved Park City Community Foundation Nonprofit Professional Roundtables since they began 6 years ago. We generally offer eight roundtables per year, four for executive directors and four for all staff members.
Whether you are a new board member or have been serving for years, we hope you will be a part of this discussion.
We have invited Gail Barille, Executive Director for the National Ability Center, to help introduce this first Board Member Roundtable. After seeing the success of the Executive Director Roundtables, Gail and other executive directors encouraged Park City Community Foundation to host a roundtable specifically for board members. Find out why she believes it can greatly benefit new and seasoned board members and their organizations!
Topic: How will you be the most effective Board member YOU can be? Maddy will share tips so you can help your favorite nonprofits soar. Come ready to share YOUR insights, challenges, and aha moments.
The main session runs from 8:30-9:30, and participants are welcome to stay another half hour for social time afterwards. Roundtables are free to attend. Light breakfast items and coffee are always on hand.
RSVP: Greatly appreciated, but if your schedule opens up last minute, please feel free to join us. RSVP to maddyshear1@gmail.com.
And pssst… DON’T miss our National Speaker event May 17 – Maddy promises it will help you be a more effective board member!
