Topic: In casual “catch-ups’ with many board members I heard the below trend of questions/comments for the Roundtable. Together we’ll dive in!
1.The staff is amazing, how can I best help at this time? What can I do? How can I help seed hope in our community?
2. I hope we can weather the downturn in revenue. How can we best collaborate with other npos?
3. Fundraising. It ran the gamut from I am proud of our organization and how we are approaching fundraising right now to concern about asking when not a direct service organization. And do virtual events really make sense? Lots of best practice advice here.
