Giveaway Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility and Entry: Must be 18 years or older. Those who sign up for food waste collection between June 3 – November 22 are automatically entered to win. One entry per household. The “Refer a Friend” promotion is open to individuals who successfully refer a friend to sign up for curbside food waste collection. To be eligible, the referred individual must enter the referrer’s name in the designated field during the sign-up process.
- Drawing Details: The drawing will take place on November 22, and the winner will be notified via the email address. The winner will have one week to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner will be drawn.
- Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals, and you will receive one entry per valid referral.
- Valid Referrals: A valid referral requires the friend to sign up for curbside food waste collection through Momentum Recycling and to remain enrolled for a minimum of 6 months.
- Prize Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event the prize becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.
- General Terms: Park City Community Foundation reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
