We encourage local organizations and all our residents to join us in doing better.

Take the Antiracist Park City Pledge and join us in addressing systemic racism and injustice. Our goal is to help amplify antiracism and help educate our community members because systemic injustice and inequality that is pervasive in our country calls for systemic change. We are committed to doing better and have started our journey to become a more inclusive organization.

Get the Equity & Inclusion Starter Guide – Created by Leadership Park City Class 27 in collaboration with Park City Community Foundation, the Equity & Inclusion Starter Guide is a tool for anyone interested in learning about diversity, equity, and inclusion and how DEI is applicable and relevant in Summit County. Integrate equity and inclusion into your practices – this means evaluating our policies and programs, and determining which racial groups are being served and which are not. If inequity exists, consider making a change.
