Rebecca Blanchette

Rebecca Blanchette is a relationship-driven leader known for her energy, optimism, and ability to bring people together to create meaningful impact. A Park City transplant by way of Atlanta, she joined Park City Community Foundation in 2022 and brings a strong background in leadership, volunteerism, community building, and fundraising.

Guided by her CliftonStrengths—Woo, Communication, Maximizer, Positivity, and Futuristic—Rebecca naturally connects with others, inspires shared vision, and helps people, organizations, and ideas not just grow, but truly excel. She is especially passionate about empowering women and elevating underrepresented voices, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive and lead.

Rebecca approaches her work with joy and momentum, pairing big-picture vision with a deep belief in what’s possible for her community. She holds a degree in geography and sociology from the University of Georgia and, outside of work, can be found hiking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two young boys.
