Park City Community Foundation to Host Annual Live PC Give PC, the Highly Spirited Giving Day for Local Nonprofits, on November 6, 2026
Following record-breaking numbers in 2025, a goal of 6,800 individual donors and $5.5 million has been set.
Park City, Utah (October 6, 2026) – Park City Community Foundation is set to host the 16th edition of Live PC Give PC, the community’s annual day of giving on Friday, November 6, 2026. The goal for this year’s event, which has raised more than $40 million for local nonprofits since 2011, is to raise $5.5 million from at least 6,800 individual donors. One hundred thirty-seven nonprofits and causes that enhance lives in the Wasatch Back and beyond are participating and eligible to receive donations starting at just $5. Donations can be made easily with a couple of clicks at LivePCGivePC.org.
“Live PC Give PC is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when our close-knit community comes together,” says Joel Zarrow, President and CEO of Park City Community Foundation. “It’s incredibly inspiring to see so many people who live, work, and play in Park City show up for the nonprofits that make this a vibrant and thriving community. Their devotion and enthusiasm allow the nonprofits to raise the funds needed to run their critical programs, and win big cash prizes. We invite everyone to take part this year by giving to the organizations that mean the most to them.”
While the action primarily happens through giving online at LivePCGivePC.org, hundreds of people come out to volunteer and promote the day at schools, businesses, and on the street corners and roundabouts of greater Park City by wearing the signature bright orange t-shirts and waving signs. This is Utah’s largest giving day and has made a significant impact in advancing social services, healthcare, education, arts, culture, and environment, and other causes in the Wasatch Back.
Several nonprofit organizations and partners will also host events for Live PC Give PC throughout the week leading up to the giving day and on November 6 itself.
- All ages are welcome to the Community Foundation’s Giving Day Fest, an indoor-outdoor event sponsored by Athletes Elevated at Park City Library from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. It will feature live music produced by Mountain Town Music, free tacos, donuts from Chomp, hot chocolate, puppies from Nuzzles, face painting, a 360° photo booth, scavenger hunts, games, and the claw machine with prizes.
- Woodward Park City will host an event from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. for school-aged kids and teens with a reduced-rate entry ticket and lots of perks for attendees.
- An evening celebration for those 21 and over will be held at High West Saloon from 8:00 p.m. to midnight for nonprofits, volunteers, and donors.
- See the growing list of parties here.
Over 130 nonprofits are participating this year. While all of them have programs that focus on Park City and Summit County, 70% of them also serve the entire Wasatch Back and are even statewide.
Participating nonprofits are eligible to win cash prizes that total $47,500 this year. Prizes are based on the number of unique donors they get, not total dollars, so small gifts genuinely matter for them and are like a vote. Park City Community Foundation is also debuting a new prize – businesses or clubs that set up a group giving page will compete to win $2,500 that they can designate to the nonprofit of their choice.
While early giving is now open for those who want to give before the 24-hour period begins, there are advantages to waiting until November 6 when nonprofits will be eligible for $10 donation boosts during surprise power hours thanks to presenting sponsor, Park City Mountain and Vail Resorts Epic Promise Foundation.
