Since 2018, Park City Community Foundation’s Early Childhood Alliance has granted nearly $1,719,000 to organizations working toward accessible early childhood education and supporting families with young children.
So far in 2025, Early Childhood Alliance has granted $282,000 between Summit County’s childcare scholarship admin, Holy Cross Ministries, PC Tots, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and the Utah Diaper Bank.
Other organization’s Early Childhood Alliance has funded over the years include United Way’s Welcome Baby Program, Operation Warm, Park City Cooperative Preschool, Hope Alliance, and Park City’s Needs-Based Childcare Scholarship Program.
These grants are made possible by donors who have a passion for early childhood education and childcare access, as well as funds raised at our annual Early Childhood Alliance event. This money goes toward providing age-appropriate books to kids, educating new parents as they welcome their babies into the world, advocating for accessible and affordable childcare in Summit County, and providing scholarships for childcare. All of this combines to support the early growth and development of young children and allows parents to be active parts of the workforce, contributing to a thriving community.
