Emmy-nominated Chef’s Table is bringing a new festival to Park City. Join Chef’s Table and Park City Community Foundation for an intimate evening benefiting our Zero Food Waste initiative, hosted at Alpinist in Deer Valley. This small, chef-driven dinner brings together food lovers, community supporters, and celebrated culinary voices for a night of connection, purpose, delicious food – and zero food waste.

Guests will enjoy an intentional menu with courses developed by world-renowned Chef Inés Páez Nin, Chef Jaime Rodríguez, and chefs from Alpinist, accompanied by a wine pairing led by vintners from Redhawk Vineyard.

Proceeds from the event benefit Park City Community Foundation’s Zero Food Waste initiative, which is working to eliminate food waste from the Summit County landfill by 2030. We have already diverted over 1,000 tons of food waste and are establishing programs for both residential and commercial food waste pick up.

This evening is a chance to connect directly with chefs who are putting sustainability into practice in their own kitchens, thousands of miles apart, and to support that same work happening right here at home.

Please note, this event is 21+ only.
