Together, with your support, we have had great impact locally in Park City and Summit County.
Many of you also support organizations beyond the boundaries of our community. We recognize your care for regional, national, and international issues. With that in mind, we want to invite attention to developments in Ukraine, currently under siege. The people there are experiencing tremendous loss and displacement.
There are hundreds of organizations and crowdfunding sites seeking funds for Ukraine and it’s important that you give to places that will have real impact. We have identified a few organizations doing critical work in Ukraine and the list is below. If you decide to give, make sure to specify that your donation goes toward the conflict in Ukraine.
If you have a donor advised fund with the Community Foundation, please feel free to reach out to us directly, or go through your user portal to direct funds to the organizations of your choice.
Additionally, we will be keeping a close eye on how this conflict might have local repercussions; for example, any economic impacts felt by locals who already live paycheck to paycheck.
