The Provider Coordination Task Force wins the award for the first task force to begin its work. The group met on December 20th and discussed how to achieve the objectives of the strategic plan that relates to this focus area. In particular, the group is investigating ways to close the loop once a provider makes a referral, creating a resource list to provide to families, and additional targeted case management options, among other things. The group also plans to host quarterly provider events that include a speaker and an opportunity for networking.
The task force plans to meet monthly on Thursdays at 4 pm at the Park City Library. Please join us for the next meeting on Thursday, January 30 at 4 pm at the Park City Library in the South Conference Room.
