These past few years have been very hard on the early care and education workforce. These are difficult, demanding, high-exposure jobs that ensure that other parents can work. In recognition of the dedication and hard work of Utah’s 12,000 youth and early care professionals, the Office of Child Care is offering a one-time $2000 bonus as a thank you for serving Utah’s children and youth on the front lines every day.
In order to qualify, workers must have a current Child Care Licensing background check associated with approved providers. Applications are open until August 31.
