WGF Season of Giving

WGF members are coming together this holiday season to continue supporting our 2015 WGF Grant Finalists by collecting the items they need! Members are encouraged to bring one of the following items to the WGF Holiday Party. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to drop items off for Peace House & PC Tots at their offices, listed below.

PC Tots

PC Tots is an affordable, developmentally appropriate daycare for the children of working parents. You are welcome to bring items to the WGF Holiday Party or drop them off ahead of time at the office of Mountainlands Community Housing (1960 Sidewinder Drive, Suite 107). They are in need of:

  • Diapers
  • New or lightly used toys
  • New or lightly used books

Peace House

Peace House is a charitable organization dedicated to ending family violence and abuse through education, outreach, support services, and shelter. You are welcome to bring items to the WGF Holiday Party or drop them off ahead of time at the Peace House office (1960 Sidewinder Drive, Suite 28). They are in need of:

  • New, washable twin comforters
  • Gift cards
  • New women’s sweat pants and tops, all sizes
  • New women’s pajamas, all sizes

Summit County Children’s Justice Center

Summit County Children’s Justice Center provides a comfortable, child-friendly atmosphere where children receive coordinated services during the child abuse investigative process. Please bring the following item(s) to the WGF Holiday Party. They are in need of:

  • New children’s fleece blankets
  • Gently used toys
  • Kleenex
  • Children’s DVDs
  • Disinfectant spray or wipes
  • Individually wrapped snacks
